Selena is everywhere these days! Stopping by ‘Good Morning America’ on July 26, the sexy singer actually opened up about her relationship with Justin before her performance. And you won’t believe what she said!

Selena Gomez is possibly the busiest girl on the planet but that didn’t stop the “Come & Get It” singer from appearing on Good Morning America on July 26. But first things first — before performing, she talked about what’s really going on with her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Justin Bieber.

In between celebrating her 21st birthday and busting out some amazing performances of new songs off her album Stars Dance, Selena chatted with Sam Champion and Lara Spencer, and of course they had to ask her about Justin! Since Selena revealed that she and the Biebs were not together in an interview with Ryan Seacrest on E! on July 21, she was asked how she’s able to stay friends with her famous ex.

And she only had nice things to say! “We’ve had such a history together,” Selena said with a smile on her face. “I’ll always care about him and protect him.” Aww!

Selena’s right — she and Justin have such a deep, rich relationship. Even though they may be on the outs right now, they’re never really through with each other; and Selena will always have love for him.

No matter what he does. “She’s very stubborn when it comes to Justin,” a source close to Selena told HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “She’s got this idea that he’s ‘The One’ for her and that they’ll live happily ever after.”

That has to make Justin happy to hear — that he’ll always have Selena in his corner.
